A Polite Notice
We are now taking 50% deposits for all treatments, late cancellations and ' No Show' appointments costs us precious time and money,
therefore if you are unable to make your appointment, we require 24 hours or 50% of the treatment cost will be non-refundable.
We may not be able to carry out your treatment if you are running late, as we are unable to spend the time needed to give you the full service. However, we will do our upmost to accommodate clients. We advise all clients to arrives 10 minute prior to your scheduled appointment.
As courtesy to other clients may we request that adults accompanied by children in the spa must be supervised by an adult, as any problem/accidents that arise will be the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian.
We do not refund gift vouchers: they are non transferrable and not redeemable for cash. If you have a gift voucher to use, we require you to quote your voucher number when making a booking, which becomes your deposit fee. 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel your booking or a 50% fee will be deducted from the value of your voucher.
The salon treatments and products are non refundable.
We will gladly exchange if the product has given your skin a visible reaction and have informed your therapist within 24-48 hours.
We do not refund offers purchased in advanced.If you have purchased a treatment through an offer and do not wish to receive that particular treatment purchased you will not be eligible for a refund, but may be eligible to receive another treatment to the same price paid, dependant upon availability and only on selected treatments.
